This pack of 48 wooden pencils seem to write well and come in four different pastel colors (blue, turquoise, lavender, and yellow). The colors are vivid and the pencils are pre-sharpened. The points are also slightly rounded, so as not to prick the user when opening the package. The logo and #2 is etched in a golden font that matches the metal piece holding the eraser. The lead also seems to be good quality; I pressed fairly hard down on the pencils point as I wrote and the tip did not break. The only issue that I have with this item was the packaging. The box looked like it had previously been opened, as both the top and bottom were secured with a single piece of tape. This did not affect the pencils at all, however. Overall, these seem to be great pencils and should hold up well.

I titled these backup because yes, they came sharpened but many of them came with splits up towards the eraser which will only hinder the stability of the pencil. Also, when I sharpened one of them they didnt sharpen well. The pencils do come pre sharpened which is nice. The erasers are good once you get through the first couple of pulls.

Good deal for the price, cute colors, but the main selling point is the pre-sharpened aspect. Not sure if they were damaged during transport, or during packaging, but these looked really beat up when they arrived, and several of the pencils/erasers look dirty, or the tips were broken, or the metal part that holds the eraser is mangled. I got these for the purpose of kids homework, because we go through so many during the school year. Although they look a little dingy, they write well and dont seem to break easily while writing. These will serve their purpose, but if wed gotten them for a gift or to put in goodie bags, Id be a little perplexed about them looking a little less than new.

These are perfectly ordinary classroom pencils, including a standard rubber eraser, with one difference: instead of common yellow, they come in a variety of pretty pastel colors! If you have a classroom full of girls they'll be very pleased. They also come already sharpened, which if you're a teacher buying them for your classroom, will save you time and blisters. They work fine, exactly as you'd expect, and are just as inexpensive as the standard yellow sort, so, add some colorful variety to your pencil usage with these!

They are a set of nice pastel colors. I like that they come pre-sharpened nice and pointed. They erase nicely as well and don't leave a mark. They are easy to hold and fit nicely in all hand sizes as well. Can't wait to use them this school year.
