I have taken this pill for about 2 weeks now, and below are my thoughts! Pros: - The perforated line in the plastic wrapping is great for easy-opening. - The seal and cotton keep my mind at ease the product arrived safely. - While the capsules themselves are big, they are easy to swallow thanks to the type of plastic capsule (I am terrible at taking pills, so this was important to me!) - The smell of the supplements isnt too overbearing at all! - I received no negative reactions or effects while taking these pills over the past 2 weeks. Only con: The teal text on the bottle can be a bit of a struggle to read.

Overall it's a good value at this price. This product has a good fresh smell when I opened the bottle, it's not fishy which is good. I also like the taste of the capsules, has a tiny sweet touch. The size of softgels is compact, not as big as some other products I had before which is easy to swallow with water. The supplement contains 550mg overall fatty acid, this is a similar amount found in most other products in this category on ZeeBooth. The extra omega-6 probably made it stand out more since I don't see it in many other vegan pills. The bottle has 60 capsules, 2 pills/day will last about a month which is pretty reasonable too. Definitely recommend this product to others!

The size of the capsules is much smaller than most Omega-3 supplements, which is great. There is absolutely no fishy odor to the capsules, and no fish burps after it is swallowed (a win, win). The price is reasonable, compared to other Omega 3 capsules out there for 60 softgel capsules. It is great that this is being manufactured in the U.S., so you are supporting the U.S. economy. I'm not sure about experiencing the positive long-term health benefits by taking this specific supplement (since I have only been taking it for about 5 days now), but I know it does help with brain clarity and overall immune system health, and I know it is important to have an Omega-3 supplement in your daily dose of vitamins. I would definitely buy this again!
