What a relief to find a gummy that my son loves! They work really well too! My son has been sleeping much better through the night. He is Autistic so getting to sleep is sometimes hard for him. What I especially love about these tho is they have a safety cap and a seal! I will not buy or use any medication without a safety cap, it is to much of a safety risk in our home! So I appreciate the manufactures that use them, you'd be surprised how many I've come across that don't! Also there have been 0 side effects and they do not get sticky from sitting in the cupboard! I hope they come out with many more flavors in the future!

Its a very good product. But my kids doesnt like the taste and gummy texture of it. My kids preferred more of the easy tabs from creekside and ozzzz.

This item arrived in one day! My daughter has a hard time falling asleep on her own, shes wild and restless & Ive never met another child with the level of energy she has at night. I tried countless methods of getting her to bed at a normal hour, so many different bed time routines failed. Even after playing hard all day shed be up until 3 am most nights and only sleep about 4 hours before shed be up again for the day. Sometimes even waking up multiple times, and tossing and turning. It was making every day so difficult for her! We tried multiple different brands, most would make her over tired and shed remain awake in a terrible mood. & the ones that were half way decent were hard gummies & not easy to chew, had weird powdery residue or just tasted horrible. This is the perfect mg, a great flavor & theyre soft and easy to chew. I give her one at bedtime, about 20-30 minutes after shes very relaxed and asking to go to her bed. She falls asleep peacefully & sleeps great through the entire night. I like that it doesnt knock her out but just calms her so she can go to sleep on her own. The packaged bottle came with an outside seal around the cover and an additional seal under the lid, love that! I wish the sold these in a larger quantity but aside from that I am pleased! Will be purchasing again !

My poor son hates bedtime more than anything else in the world. For the 8 and a half years of his life, bedtime has been an hour or more of tears, frustration, me lying down in bed with him, every relaxation technique known to man, bribes, punishments, bedtime stories, mattress pads, different pajamas... I swear to you, I was at my wits' end, and so was he. He was crying on my shoulder at midnight two months ago, "Why can't I just sleep? How do you do it?" And I just... I couldn't help him. He has ADHD, and part of it for him is he just can't turn his brain off. His dad's ex-wife and I were chatting, and she told me she gives her daughter Melatonin gummies. I was disbelieving; Melatonin doesn't work for me, why would they work for him? But she encouraged me to give them a try, so I ordered these. People, this changed my life. I swear to you. They changed my son's life. I'm leaving this review now because I'm on the product page buying another bottle of them. I don't ever want to go back to bedtime without gummies. 15 minutes. That's all it takes. We still have to have some routine and put on bedtime music for him to fall asleep to, they're not a sedative, he still has to relax in bed. But before, he would relax in bed for an hour and a half. Now, it's literally 15 minutes. I almost cried the first night. I was skeptical- would these work? Would they keep working night after night? Yes. Yes yes yes yes yes. He's finally SLEEPING. The gummies themselves: they're soft and easy to chew. My son is very picky, and didn't love the flavor at first, but it's grown on him. He gives the flavor 4 out of 5. It doesn't seem to matter if he takes these on an empty stomach. And I give them some lead time to start working before bed, but it doesn't seem to matter if he takes one an hour before bed or 30 min before. There have been times we've gotten home late from visiting relatives, and had to give him his gummy and stick him straight in bed, and it's hard to tell at that point whether the gummy still works exactly the same or if he's tired from having a big day, but he's still out in about 20 minutes. Our routine now is that 30 minutes before lights out, he takes a gummy and brushes his teeth. Then he lies down, he gets to watch one episode of a show, then we change the TV to a nature documentary (always the same one) to give his ADHD brain something to focus on, and he's out in 15 minutes. Sometimes less. This is insane. I'm not 100% sure it's not magic. You have no idea the relief of, after almost nine years of this child not sleeping, of bedtime being the worst battleground in our lives, of tears and frustration and trying every single thing we could possibly think of... finally... sleep. He just... sleeps. My baby is even happier than I am. He doesn't have to stress about it anymore; sleep just comes naturally like it's supposed to. I can't promise these will work for your kids. But I can tell you they're absolutely worth a try; they changed our lives.
