I like that this supplement has zinc, B12, Folic Acid, Iron and Selenium in significant amounts and you only have to take 1 tablet. The price is right for all these supplements for a 3 month supply in one bottle. I only gave it 4 stars because it is not GMP certified, or at least that is not noted on the bottle. I do like that it is made in USA.
