Ive been hearing a lot of buzz surrounding colostrum lately so when I had the opportunity to try Vital Vitamins Colostrum Supplement I figured now is as good a time as any to se what it is all about. Ive included photos of a capsule alongside the bottle and also comparing the size of a capsule with a quarter next to it. Pretty standard size IMO, not overly large at all. Ive had no trouble swallowing them but I rarely if ever have had a problem taking supplements, even ones which were larger. Thus far, I have had no negative effects from taking two a day, one morning with breakfast and one in the evening with dinner. Ive had no bad breath from them, no burping (I mention this because things like fish oil can cause this in some people), no upset stomach. I personally dont notice I have more energy or anything like that. Ive not gotten sick or weak feeling while taking them but who knows if I wouldnt have gotten sick while not taking them. Overall, I am happy with the brand because they didnt impact me negatively at all, I just dont know if theyre helping me necessarily. I still have a little more to take to finish the bottle but for anyone wanting to try Colostrum for themselves, this brand seems like a fair one to try considering I didnt experience any negative effects.

The capsules are not too terribly big and easy to swallow. I am a little sensitive to smells and there is a hint of one with this capsule. I do also detect an aftertaste. It is slight, but there nonetheless. I think this is a good choice for my initial introduction to colostrum.

With these you take 2 capsules per day, so each bottle lasts 30 days. At $0.53/day, I feel the price is very good, especially considering the quality ingredients. I feel the unique and effective formula makes these supplements certainly worth trying. I would highly recommend these if you are looking to support a healthy immunity system.
