This bottle of Probiotics by Vitamatic is Made in the USA with Strict GMP {Good Manufacturing Practice} Standards. These words jumped out at me right off the Sellers page on ZeeBooth. These are important words which possibly mean that you can trust that the contents are what they say they are; and that the makers followed GMP while making them. I got these Probiotic/Inulin capsules to help out my digestive tract. Bacillus Subtilis is the only Probiotic listed on the bottle. It is naturally present in the gut. These are delayed-release capsules which means that they help protect the live Probiotic thats inside from stomach acid. That way, the B. Subtilis can make it down into the intestines while still alive to support your digestive health. The Inulin is a Prebiotic Fiber which has benefits such as helping to: manage diabetes, improve constipation and digestive health, and promote weight loss. These capsules are about 3/4 long and very slender. They dont smell or taste at all, to me. There are 10 billion CFUs of Bacillus Subtilis in each capsule, along with 300mg of Inulin. You only have to take 1 slender capsule each day. With 60 capsules in the bottle, thats 2 months of worth of servings/doses. This seems to be a very good supplement that is manufactured well. I plan to continue taking these for as long as I can.

Best after antibiotics

I took this after antibiocts and it helps a lot. I tried NATTO because it was cheap and used the same bacteria strain. Just to see if it would help, so then I bought this and it works great.

Makes a Difference

I take a few pro/pre biotics to aid my digestive tract and like to switch it up from time to time. I have never taken this particular strain before so thought I'd give it a try. This is a soil based probiotic. The capsules are small and easy to swallow. The best thing is, I do notice a difference when taking them. My digestive tract seems to work better taking them and just skipping one day makes a noticeable difference. I also like the fact that it has 300mg of inulin included which is a prebiotic and will help the probiotic do it's thing.
