Easy and different way to ingest Vitamin B complex

I often forget to take Vitamin B, and sometimes vitamin B supplements are large and have a powerful smell and taste. Although the taste of this spray is similar to a tablet, somehow it seems easier to just spray it, although I wonder if it's as effective. Like other reviewers have mentioned, the spray bottle is packaged in a cardboard tube that slides apart, but isn't sealed before you use it the first time. Inside the tube is a plastic spray bottle, held in place with foam. To get a full dose of this B-complex, you need five sprays. This compound includes: Vitamin B (Niacin), Vitamin B5 (Pantothenic acid), Vitamin B2 (Riboflavin), Vitamin B1 (Thiamin), Vitamin B6 (Pyridoxine), and B12 (Cobalamin). I only take one spray at a time, and here's a note that might be "too much information:" I have not noticed a brighter yellow color when I pee, so I wonder how much of this supplement I'd need to ingest to get that effect. This is a novel and easy way to take Vitamin B, but like others have said, the manufacturer would instill more confidence by sealing the packages before distribution.

In all honesty, I hate the lingering, bitter aftertaste it leaves in my mouth the flavor makes my compliance with taking this challenging. Too bad, because everything else about this product is great.
