It's worth it!

I take a lot of supplements, and rarely do i notice a significant benefit. This product has definitely been beneficial for me with energy, mood, focus and stamina. Can't promise it would do this for everyone, but I noticed these benefits within two days only taking 1 pill per day.

This seems to be a good quality Thiamine (B1). I do feel the energy and mental clarity throughout the day. I take it daily with my multivitamin after my first meal of the day. I am noticing some steady improvement in my energy and my low B1 symptoms are going away fast. Very clean product over all.

I was recommended B1 by my doctor and I found this. So far so good. The pills are easy to swallow and the ingredients do not look harmful.

Clean and sustainable but costly (& hard to open!)

To individually control my doses I've just started taking single B vitamins rather than a B complex (learned the hard way). This is my first Natural Scientific and I'm impressed already. Even the label looks natural and enticing (seriously, kudos to their product design team). It's all the impt things you want to see except - bummer! - 3rd party tested or cGMP. Not being 3rd party tested is worrisome, and it doesn't say where it's sourced, but since it's made in US I'm far less concerned. I also recommend looking at their website where you can read about their dedication to top quality ingredients and their in-house lab. The only other ingredient is the PreBioFiber, which appears to be in most of their products so I gave it a search to see if it was anything other than filler - fwiw, in a recent press release they called it a "revolutionary" mix of fibers made in-house to help absorption and bioavailability. Not sure why it's so amazing but extra fiber is never a bad thing. This is significantly more expensive than other B1, so you're definitely paying for having a clean product. At this point cost would be my only hesitation for re-ordering. Finally, extra points for the commitment to sustainability and the recyclable bottle, but opening it was darn near impossible - ultimately I ran my fingernail under the cap all the way around which I guess broke the vacuum. If that hadn't worked I would've tossed it because it's impenetrable! So try the fingernail trick before giving up.

Easy to swallow!

I really like these B1 capsules, this is my first time taking this supplement and I already see an improvement. I absolutely have less brain fog and I feel more energized throughout the day. The capsule sizes are small and easy to swallow. There was no aftertaste when taking them. I have heard about the benefits of B1 for quite a while and I was also excited to see that there were probiotics included. This is the second product that I have tried from this brand and I have been impressed by the quality thus far. The mg size is standard for a supplement like this, and I feel like the price point is excellent.
