Im doing everything I can to boost my metabolism so that I can loose the final remaining pounds on my weight loss journey. So, this supplement caught my attention. I think that the time-release of this has helped curb my food cravings and snacking for energy. I had been taking a daily multi-vitamin for years, but stopped taking them. Now I take a variety of supplements and feel that I am getting an improved result. This B12 supplement by Vegetology is vegan, so not sourced from animals, which I like. I will be taking just one pill per day, although I believe that this bottle is meant to be a full 30 day supply and contains 60 pills. So, it may be that the intended dosage is 2 per day, but like others noted, the label has been covered by another label, so I will just wing it with one per day and stretch the bottle out to 60 days. 30 to 60 days of improved mental acuity, energy and metabolism in a safe, natural and vegan sustained-release formula that is reasonably priced. Love it!

While I am not a vegan, I have been a vegetarian for close to 33 years. But I do have two cousins who made the vegan leap about 7 years ago, so I tested this for all of us. If you are familiar with vitamins, you know they dont work overnight, or usually even with the first, or third bottle. Its a cumulative effect that takes time, so having only one bottle and somewhat of a deadline makes it somewhat difficult to give a full review, but heres what I can tell you. The first thing is these B vitamins dont have that awful smell. If you have taken B vitamins, you know that putrid smell Im talking about. They are incredibly easy to swallow, and most importantly, easy to digest. I tend to get stomach upset with all vitamins, so this one is huge. (For those of you who do have problems taking pills, use a straw. It works.) Bottom line: these seem like a great choice for those of us who need some B without the beef. Highly recommended.
