I have taken Vitamin C supplements for a long time and I have read that the addition of rose hips might be beneficial when combined into the capsule so I thought I would give these a try. In these capsules the bioflavonoids (35mg) and rosehips (25mg) make up a pretty small amount per serving but with supplements it seems like it's probably best to go with a smaller amount than too much. I have been taking these in place of my plain old vitamin C capsules and I can't say that I have really noticed much difference, not saying that in a bad way. I think these are a pretty decent value and on that point are pretty comparable to my standard brand.

Honestly, it probably makes no difference, but I always feel a bit like Vitamin C with rose hips are more effective. That's the kind my mom always gave me, and supposedly, during one of the plagues, Nostradamus was able to help protect the French Royal family by using rose hips. Sadly, at the same time his family far away were dying of the same thing. Vitamin C is a standby, I always need on hand, and these seem reputable to offer that comfort.

There isn't a ton to say about this. Its vitamin C and you can take it to help promote good health and immune support. It has a bunch of additives like rose hips and bioflavinoids. For some reason, a lot of vitamin C comes with rose hips mixed in. I've never noticed any benefit to this. I just consider it a cutting agent basically. Its unlikely that you would get any real benefit from those additives but it probably can't hurt. Besides that, this is just your standard vitamin C. Its a lower dose than other brands but thats fine since the 1 gram vitamin C doses you often see are far above what the human body can absorb. 500mg will probably deliver similar effects to 1g. Overall I would recommend this vitamin C. The additives aren't necessary but if you want them or can get a good price on this, then its just as good as any other vitamin C. If not a bit more expensive than other options.
