This is my "go to" product when I start feeling like I need a kick-in-the-pants. My husband and I often take a 3-day road trip to Texas and I make SURE that I take it every morning then. It keeps me perked up and feeling great when we're not eating the way we normally would if we were at home. I use it year-round and wouldn't be without it, it makes that much of a difference in the way I feel, that's for sure. Note: I buy the 8-oz bottles of water (the little guys) to use with this product as that keeps it simple. It works best if it's NOT cold water, it'll clump up if it is. I just leave an unopened bottle on the counter overnight and come morning, I take a big swig out of the bottle and THEN dump in the powder and give it a good shake before I drink it. The first time I used it, I slugged the whole bottle down all at once, which gave me a stomach ache. Now, I take a swig of it every few minutes and that doesn't happen then. I would definitely give it a try, it really makes a difference in how I feel!

A friend of mine got me a stick and from then on (2021) I loved this. I can just open a stick and pour it into my Water Bottle, shake it and drink it. I usually drink this around Oct and throughout the winter months into spring. It's a good product because it keeps one hydrated as well. Well at least it is for me. Others have different tastes. In spring and summer I buy lots of seedless oranges. Make sure if you buy some for yourselves, make sure the orange is firm. Lately at various grocery stores, the oranges are rotted and or to soft. Firmness is what you want! The drink is good year round for some, but honestly my best time is Winter. Keeping fit, walk daily (if possible) and be positive despite the injustice and insanity going out at home or outside!

I add this to my water everyday. I was sad when Costco stopped selling the big box with 3 flavors. I really love this product!!!

I discovered this while visiting a family member. I didnt get sick after a plane ride which normally happens to me. I love this stuff.
