These non-GMO, gluten free, lab tested, nut free, derived from natural flavors gummies are good. They taste delicious and bonus, they deliver 10,000 IU of vitamin D3! They are low in sugars and carbs, only 15 calories and the textures are good, not too sticky when chewing. I am not crazy about the sugar coating; it causes the gummies to stick together in bottle making you have to dig in to get them and when the supply gets low, it makes it really hard to get at them as they stick not only together but to the bottle. I like when the gummies just tumble out as you pour. Overall, these gummies are a good price and a delicious way of getting your daily dose of D3.

For now, I'm just taking one gummy as that seems plenty. These do have a very pleasant strawberry flavor, so I rated 5 for that. Easy to swallow? Well, I rated 5 as you don't really swallow these but suck on them since they are a gummy. The bottom line here is yes, super easy to "swallow" since they really just melt in your mouth and down your throat. Quality: I'm rating as very high quality just by going from the claims on the bottle that they are non-GMO, gluten free, lab tested, nut free, and derived from natural flavors. I did knock off one star due to the sugar content. Personally, I'd prefer to see them use Stevia or another natural flavor as I do watch my sugar content.
