Perfect for flat feet

My son has almost no arch in his feet and had to do PT for extreme foot pain when he was younger. We started using these insoles to help support his feet and relieve pain prior to PT. His orthopedic doctor suggested he may need custom orthotics but looked at these and said they checked all the boxes - keep buying and using them! Hes been wearing these in place of standard insoles (you must pull out the ones that originally come with shoes and replace with these or they wont fit) to support his lack of arch for many years. They are meant to be a non-memory foam material and more firm to relieve the pain flat feet give. As long as these insoles are in my sons shoes, his feet dont hurt. They are true to size and fit in both dress and casual shoes. Id just say they last roughly 3-4 months due to wear, his feet growing or the stink!

Good fit

These insoles are a good fit, they feel a bit stiff but sturdy but thats during the break-in period. They help with support and feel comfortable after a couple walks.

Not For Narrow Feet

Although the quality of this insole appears to be good, I had to return. The size I purchsed was for womens size 7 or mens size 5. The heel proved to be too wide for my womans size 7B foot and would not fit in any of my shoes.

Best quality insole for the money

I've purchased at least a dozen pair of these over the last few years. I initially tried a couple of differnet brands (there are many out there.) But I have found these hit the sweet spot. They last, they're washable, and most importantly, they work. I used to have plantar fasciitis pain every day. Now, I have been pain-free thanks to these insoles for 3-4 years. Needless to say, I'm a fan!
