A hard time

I have ordered this twice. The first one came and I think I paid $28 or $30 for it. It did not work when it came so I sent it back. I didnt even get a proper return something happened in a mixup with their return system and they only gave me seven dollars back, so I ordered another one, but I lost the cord that charges it and its a unique cord that is not sold and I have never seen it before without the cord its useless but besides that it works great for the little time I used it right now is collecting dust

I like it a lot. It does take a second to get to full speed. I also with it was a little more powerful. But it fwts the job done.

Works great but charger not as expected

My gums were showing signs of wear- bleeding, puffiness, pockets. With regular use of this flosser they are now much better. This is my 3rd time buying this flosser from Mornwell over a period of approx 4 years. Each unit has lasted about 18 months with regular usage. This time I ordered black because white was out of stock. The image shows that the unit comes with a usb charging connector but it came with the black charger shown with the and adapter and I'm not sure why. It's too bulky and I don't want to use it. Fortunately, the unit fits and charges on the old charger. The flosser works great but if it's your 1st time using one expect to spend some time perfecting your technique. It can be messy until you get the right angle and positioning. It does leak somewhat if the nozzle doesn't have a tight a connection but there's water spilling out of your mouth anyway so to me it's not a big deal. I also suggest that if you are new to water flossing to use the lowest setting to start because it can make your gums sore if you are too aggressive in the beginning. If that happens, it should only take a few days for the soreness to go away. When removing the nozzle you have to depress the button in front of it while pulling it up and out. I find this new one to be the easiest to remove. In the past I always used the same nozzle because I had a hard time changing them but now I will try the others. So far so good.
