Personally, I have been using this product over a year with no issues. It definitely helps with estrogen dominance but keep in mind, I do try to eat a somewhat healthy diet and not load up on sugars/carbs that will escalate estrogen. I do notice a difference if I do not take it for a while. Im much more pleasant using it! Also, Im in the end stages of perimenopause. I havent had many horrible hot flashes since using this (knock on wood!). The only issue I have is swallowing the pills. Theyre very light so they float around in your mouth. Use lots of water to get them down. Small inconvenience for big results.

Great Product

I did weeks of researching before trying this product as I am very sensitive to so many things. First off the bottle comes full to the brim. I like this supplement because it is a low dosage. I can start with only 100mg a day (which i am taking now) and eventually up the dose if I want. I suffer from what I think is a hormone Imbalance. Loss of hair, skin rashes, cystic acne, bloating , the list goes on. The very first day taking this was a Saturday and thank g-d it was, it made me so exhausted. Headache was mild but certainly there. Day 2, felt like a fog. I was really tired, headache, almost flu like. By day 3 i was functioning much better, still a mild headache but nothing advil couldn't fix and still slight fog-ish feeling. I am now on day 6. All of those symptoms are gone, def stick it out if you can. I already see improvement in my acne and my bloating is less and less every day. Too soon to say anything else but I will update soon. Im glad I read the reviews before, knowing that those not so fun side effects pass, really helped as I normally would have stopped taking it. Will update in a month.

No headaches except...

This is my first time ever taking a DIM supplement so I don't have other brands to compare it to. I will say, however, that I appreciated that they FILL the bottle. It's annoying to always receive half filled bottles of supplements but this one is pretty much filled to the top. As for the results, I have only been taking it for less than 2 weeks. I was concerned that I might get headaches but when I took one a day, I was completely fine. And then I ramped it up to 2 per day because I have big old thunder thighs and really wanted to get rid of them. Everything was still fine even at that level. Until today when I took 2 of these DIM capsules but then decided I wasn't all that hungry so I figured I would just fast though tomorrow. The entire day I have felt really good, even more energetic, elevated mood, very focused, productive, all the good things you can experience in a ketogenic state and when fasting. Then tonight I had a mild headache coming on and it didn't hit me until just a little while ago that I had taken 2 pills without any food (I did enjoy a little cream in 2 of my coffees). So I think it works well for me normally but I'll need to be careful should I decide to fast. Something to keep in mind for others. Otherwise, I highly recommend the product!
