Pretty darn good for the price

No sharp little metal things sticking out on mine like other reviews mentioned. It doesn't have that nice heavy, sturdy feeling of old school Susan Bates hooks but I'm on a very tight budget and this works for me.

12 MM Crochet Hook

Quality, design and weight is very good. This size hook is mostly available in plastic which does not glide well with all yarns. I returned a previous 12 MM aluminum hook because of inferior quality. I am glad to have found the Weabetfu brand makes a difference in completing my project.

Pretty darn good for the price

Perfect but only if it were longer.

The media could not be loaded. As with most good aluminum, my yarn slid well on the shank and there were no burrs. The head was as expected in size and shape. My only issue with this hook (and most hooks at 10mm and above) is that it simply isnt long enough. Im using a doubled-strand (2 DK Simply Soft strands), and for this, coupled with the stitches I am using, the hook is nowhere near long enough. The end (I use a modified knife grip, not the pencil grip) comes only to the bare inside of my palm; if you look at the anatomy of the hand, it hits the interior part of the opponens digiti minimi and flexor digiti minimi brevis muscles - not a good place for anything in constant motion to rest, and definitely not ergonomically sound design. Manufacturers need to recognize that, with thicker or doubled yarns, a much longer shaft is necessary. Not as anywhere near as long as a Tunisian hook, but another inch to an inch-and-a-half would be much appreciated! However, for thinner yarns and/or basic SC or DC stitches, the design is more than adequate. Recommend, but with the above caveats.
