What's The Point? - The Cactus Card Game...

This game surprised us. We originally bought it at a national park gift store for my nephews, 6 & 9. We werent sure how they would like it, the younger one is just learning to read. So we opened it played, my partner and I. We loved it so much. Its simple, its funny, hilariously agitating! We played with his parents and they loved it too! Finally introduced it to my nephews and the 6 year old wants to play all the time! We bought another one for us at home and my partners sister even bought one for her and her boyfriend. Its always a good time!!

This is an extremely well-designed game that does an excellent job of bridging complex strategy with simple "just play your cards" games like UNO. I work with youth ages 5-17, and it's been a hit pretty much every time we've played it, regardless of the age group. The art is awesome and the card allocations/power level are relatively balanced and generally very satisfying. Our group has made up some team games that increase the replayability a whole lot, although free for all is still a welcome option any time we play. Cannot recommend it highly enough.

Loved this game - my seven year old was able to grasp the concept easily. The art work is creative and fun, and the game always brings laughs!

Very easy to learn and fun to play. And get ready for good fun and twists. No one is your friend...in a good way. Maybe 20 mins/game.

Bought this as a gift for someone who enjoys playing tabletop games and likes cacti. They appreciated the cactus theme, was right on point as I hoped, with the theme found throughout all the game cards. Having played the game among a couple different groups with varying gaming experience, can say it is easy to learn and fun to play. It's not a super long game, can potentially finish before a reshuffle of the deck is even needed, so great if on limited time. The game does have an "Exploding Kittens" vibe to it but friendlier. Even if not a cactus enthusiast, great game to gift and/or play.
