I ordered these because they, among other vitamins and minerals, contain folic acid. They are lavender colored soft gels. They are quite large, but the smooth texture make them fairly easy to go down. The bottle has a push & turn mechanism, so little children can't eat them because they do look a little bit like they could be a sweet treat. My biggest issue with these is that they contain Red No 40 and Blue No 1. Not sure why the manufacturer chose to make them lavender colored. Plus the purple coloring makes them more likely for little kids to want to eat them anyways (bottle warns of children under 6 overdose on iron), so why not leave the coloring out altogether, or at least use carotene or other natural food coloring.

This multivitamin has a comprehensive set of vitamins and minerals. Besides the ones listed in the ZeeBooth title it has vitamin E, thiamin, riboflavin, niacin, calcium, magnesium, and about a half-dozen more. The thing I like about these multivitamins is they don't have mega-doses of any of the vitamins/minerals. I've seen some supplements that will have 5000% of the recommended daily amount of some vitamin. This one generally stays around 100%, some a little less, some a little more. Chromium was the highest at 343%, and next highest was 250% for folate and vitamin B12. The other great thing about these is the price. At around 10 cents a day, these are a great value compared to name-brand multivitamins.

I ran out of my daily multi vitamins and decided to give these a try. I don't make recommendations either way for supplements and vitamins because I don't know how it might impact someone else. This supplement came with the safety seal securely in place. The expiration date is 4/2026. There are 120 softgels and dosage is one per day. I thought they were made in the USA, but they're not. These supplements are made in China and distributed by a company in the USA. Oh well. These are large softgels, but I didn't have any trouble swallowing them. I didn't notice any taste - bad or good. I'm satisfied with these vitamins and began taking them yesterday. So far, no adverse effects. If anything out of the ordinary should happen, I will update this review.

As multivitamins go, these are not bad. They have a comprehensive blend of ingredients and seems well rounded. Everyone is different so you'll need to supplement and balance where necessary, but for a daily vitamin, it's not bad. Capsules are average size, they are easy to swallow and overall are not a bad option.

I always look for ones with 18mg of Iron and those are hard to find. I was super excited to find these. In addition, many multi-vitamins are 'hard' capsules but these are softgels! That is important to me because all of the multi-vitamins I have tried (many) are very large in size. These softgels are no exception. They are large but because they are softgel they are much easier to swallow than most others. They do have a mild (and good) taste to them so that is also a plus.
