So, I was a bit worried after reading a few reviews about the taste and texture of the vitamin, but I am so glad I bought this! They fit perfectly in my vitamin case and remind me a lot of starbursts. As for the taste, it is a naturally sweet tasting vitamin- not artificial tasting or sickeningly sweet. The aftertaste isn't bad, there is a slight grainy feeling once you start to finish chewing the vitamin, but it isnt too bad! I plan on getting the men's version for my boyfriend soon.

Ive been steadily buying these once a month since last year around December. Since Ive been using these daily, Ive noticed lots of improvement on areas of my body that Ive been trying to better. Hair: my hair has been growing faster, and also has better texture. There is biotin in these multivitamins and I think it has really helped my hair in regards to growth and strengthening my hair. Skin: my skin was very dry and flakey before and since Ive been taking these vitamins my skin has become softer, I would also like to say my acne has chilled out as well. Nails: my nails feel stronger and grow faster thanks to the biotin in this supplement. Energy: the b12 in this vitamin helps me wake up and stay awake throughout my workday, also has helped me reduce frequent bouts of brain fog I used to get. Digestive health: has helped with regularity in the bathroom as well as reducing bloating TEN FOLD As for the vitamins themself, taste wise and value wise: the taste is great. I am not a pill person so I used to try gummies. All of the gummy brands Ive tried recommend eating them twice a day whereas these are a once a day supplement. Its very fruity, chewy, and doesnt leave an aftertaste like some other kinds on the market. I am a firm believer in this brand and there isnt enough time or space on the internet for what Id like to say about it! Please give these a try if you can, your body will thank you.

So far the vitamins itself are working and Ive felt great, but the taste and smell and texture is definitely not what I expected and isnt good, but I still continue to choke them down. They definitely need to work on the flavor.

Love, love, love these!! They are a chew vitamin with no gritty taste to them. I take one every morning and I have never had any side effects like I did with other vitamins.

honestly it's hard to find a vitamin that suits so many of your daily vitamin needs! i was impressed by the nutrition label after skimming so many for the "best" vitamin. it does taste pretty bad (very medicinal, like a solid vitamin) but the texture is fine... so i just hold my breath while i take it haha. not sure if i'll repurchase due to the flavor but i'll stick with the batch i have now til i'm done with it!
