Classy looking matches my bible. It's a perfect size. I can drop it in my purse or just carry it in my hand. I've been through a few note writing binders, notebooks, ect. and I wasn't enjoying them. This little portfolio has a classy look and it has a clip for note pad or you can open it an insert pad in slot. I can also add up two pens in their inserts. Also has slots for business, I'd or bank cards

When I received this, it was smaller than I expected. That part is my own fault, and not at all part of why I gave it a 1 star review. If you expect this to have a decent writing surface - don't. It's soft, and a pen will go through paper and right into the fake leather. It's so easily damaged that it arrived crushed even though none of the other light items in the package were damaged. The clipboard part is on the front, so it's not confidential, you can't close the front over the document you're preparing. It is absolutely not a useful item for me, and I am going to return this.

This is exactly what I was expecting a leather folder/clip board is what I wanted for daily use. It's durable enough to withstand using it every day to carry papers and check-in people. It will store easily. Over the period of the time I am sure it will do but I'm hoping that the leather casing holds up. Love the navy color we got plus the elastic to hold the paper in place on the clipboard is very helpful.

I didn't think it would come with anything but it came with a pen and a pad of paper already in the portfolio. The clipboard attached to the front is a good touch given the amount of documents I have that need signing.
