Easy to use

I bought this monitor to take with me to Europe for my vacation. The machine is pretty accurate because iI compared this machine with my other too big but accurate and expensive monitor and the results are very close to each other.

Retired nurse here: I highly recommend this item! My mom just had three stents put in her heart, was in CHF and had a change in her EKG. I Purchased a manual blood pressure cuff as well as this one. Each reading corresponds to the manual reading I get it, so I know this is giving my mother the correct blood pressure results. Since she is on blood pressure medication it is a very big deal she checks her blood pressure every morning before she takes her medication as she runs low blood pressure. Since they have her on high doses of medications postop, is imperative we watch her blood pressure. After staying with my mother for one month, I had to fly back home but she is still able to use this automatic blood pressure cuff with ease and by herself. It is easy to read, I believe it speaks the numbers out loud if Im not mistaken. I highly recommend this item because there are so many blood pressure cuffs out there that are absolutely incorrect and will not read correctly. I will say this is a one size fits all so I do not believe it would fit a very large man.

For Me, Absolutely Excellent

This BP monitor came well packaged, with very easy to read pictoral directions. The batteries (2 triple As) were easy to install. (My last one was a maze of hidden battery chambers.). This one stays put on my rather small wrist -- the last one kept slipping off thus giving me an alarming, higher than normal reading (it had nothing to read!). Best off all, when its done, a little voice - -- friendly, easy to understand - augments the score by READING the score to me, the user, tells you "It's normal." and then wishes you a good day. Wow. What a well-designed BP monitor- the manufacturer thought of everything. Also the price seems fair. It's even easy enough to put back neatly in its box. For me, this is excellent. Many tanks.
