I've been taking this for just over a month and my energy is up, I don't feel so sluggish. My doc had been talking about the possibility of thyroid being the case of my extra fatigue.... well this did it for me! No need for prescriptions. I also am a huge believer in Elderberry for immune support but when my boys caught a common cold from summer camp, I gave them elderberry and held off for me since this also boosts the immune system. Never a sniffle or sneeze. So well worth the money, definitely continuing this supplement.

This selenium supplement is an easy to swallow capsule with no aftertaste. I haven't used it long enough to see whether it helps support my 56 year old memory. My husband is also trying it out to see if it helps with immunity. I expect that it will work as promised. If it doesn't help either of us, I will update this review. FYI: Selenium is needed for certain enzymes that help with normal body functions and is also being used in hope of preventing certain types of cancer. According to the Mayo Clinic adult males should have 40 to 70 micrograms (mcg) per day and adult females45 to 55 mcg per day. Each capsule has 200 mcg, so I wouldn't take it daily without speaking to a physician first.

I havent been taking the tablets to address any specific deficiencies - so I do not have test results to support anything. I have been taking them in case I am not getting enough Selenium from my diet. I take them 2-3 times a week. I do not know if its a coincidence or not - but I will mention it nonetheless in case others have felt the same way - but my head hair has been growing a bit faster recently. Again - not sure if theres correlation with these or if its a sheer coincidence. In terms of smell - theres a fishy smell to it, but I dont mind it all that much. I havent noticed any adverse effects ever since taking these (I am about 1 month in).

These were not the only thing I changed in my diet so I can't say all my noticed differences were directly from the pill, but I did notice increased energy when taking them, an increased appetite (but it wasn't so much it caused me to gain weight, I actually think they helped me lose a little), I also feel they helped balance my hormones. I would however air caution that based on my research the dosage is too high to take on a daily basis unless recommended by your doctor. If you have some conditions you think this would help I'd talk to your doctor about a frequency that would be good for you. For those self dosages just do your research to see what you think is healthy and sustainable for your body.

This product is easy to take and I've found it can be taken with or without food. With it's heart healthy benefits as well as lung support this product seems to be working well for me as I have not had the slightest cough or sniffle so far. Easy to take and digest I will continue to trust this brand of selenium during these trying times.
