Exactly what I wanted. I plan to cut the burlap into strips to hot glue onto mason jars for a decorative flower vase. The burlap is the perfect thickness and look I wanted.

It's relatively soft for a (jute) burlap fabric. It's only one layer and thin however, so you can see through it and there are spots where it's loose. If it's a problem, you can always double-layer or triple-layer against whatever you're wrapping. It adds a nice aesthetic to some of my wood projects as a liner. I had some trouble after cutting it through, the ends that get cut begin to fray and unravel. I haven't figured out a good workaround for that yet. I ended up just cutting it bigger than I need and letting it unravel at the ends.

Endless uses and takes a gift to the next level. Wrap with it, make a bow, cut and use like thick ribbon. And I know if I received a gift wrapped with this I would definitely keep it and reuse it for something.

I plan to use some of it to make burlap flower planters. As far as I unrolled it I didnt see any defects in the fabric. The edges are unfinished, so you might want to sew the edges if fraying is a concern. Otherwise, I think youll be as pleased with it as I am.

It's exactly what I expected and it just seems like typical quality burlap to me, nothing super special for the price, and it's only 20 inches wide. I just thought it would be nice to have handy in case I ever needed it for gift packaging, or a neat looking rustic wrapping material. It's very breathable and would probably be good for bags, obviously I'm thinking of the old potato sacks lol, but there's a ton of uses and it's durable. I'm thinking of throwing a piece on my glass top coffee table since I wouldn't care if it got wet and would prevent possible scratches from coffee mugs and dishes. I see one of the recommendations is to use for place mats, and that is a great idea, it's nicer than paper and more suitable for protecting surfaces. I have nothing crafty in mind at the moment, but I can see this adding a nice touch to a project, maybe lining a wood tray, I'm glad I could add this to my supplies, thanks.
