It's good. Not very firm but good enough

Just right for tight or narrow line scrubbing jobs. Nice stiff bristles but they don't harm the grout. Great price for the pack.

Used as a detail brush around faucets in kitchen and bathrooms and other items. The bristles are too soft and don't hold up compared to others. I like the size of the handle and the layout of the bristles but in the end it's all about the bristle quality and durability. I will not purchase again.

The brushes I received do not match the product in the photos. They are similar in color but not shape. Brushes were squared bristles, not rounded like shown. Still, I am an optimist and passed out a few of the brushes to my team to try out. My personal experience with the brushes wasn't great. Brand new, before use, the bristles are not uniform and look choppy and disheveled. Bristles are weak and do not hold their shape well even with light use. The bristles do not take long to deform, they do not retain their shape. Feedback from my team was a mixed bag. Some said they liked how well the brush gets into narrow, harder to reach areas, but also complain about the bristle quality. Others said the bristles were too long to really get a good scrub in, or that the bristles would spray their cleaners around a lot more than other brushes we've used in the past. Concerns were raised about the quality and longevity of the brushes since they were already in really bad shape after one day of use. Comparitively, comparable brushes generally last around two or more months with almost constant and harder use. These brushes barely got through their first use in one piece. When put to a vote to keep or return the brushes, none of the 8 team members voted to keep them. These brushes are just too easy to destroy. If you're looking for something quality, that will last you multiple uses, and looks uniform and professional, I assure you this product is not it.
