The taste is very good- the kids remind me to give it to them, unlike a prior vitamin D3 that I used to give them. As D3 is important for kids, this is a huge plus that the kids love to take them.

I typically work outside so don't necessarily need Vitamin D3 supplements, but as a contract archaeologist, find myself out of work for sometimes long periods and don't get as much sunlight as I should especially working in my office during the winter months. As such, I've taken to supplementation to get me through those months. Pros: Large amount. Not only can these be purchased in bulk, but each bottle contains a 60 day supple. Gummy verses pill. I love the fact this reduces the pills in my daily regime. Great flavor and easy to chew. These have a pleasant berry flavor and are not super gummy making them fairly easy to chew. I really like the fact these pair D3 with K2, and these work together and thus, should be taken together. Kosher and made in a FDA approved facility. 2 year shelf life. Cons' Sugar. These do contain 2 grams of sugar and this is the first 2 ingredients on the label- glucose syrup and sugar. Low supplement dose. These actually have small supplement ratings at 25mcgs (125% daily) vitamin D3 and 45mcgs (??? daily). While the D3 rating might be aqueduct based on NIH suggestions, many people (especially older who do not absorb nutrients as well) do not find this dose to be beneficial and may need to go higher especially during winter months. I'm 46 and find that during the winter it is necessary for me to supplement about 125mcgs of D3 to feel any improvement. Most supplement stores actually sell D3 in these larger doses making this a rather lower dose bottle for D3. As for the K2, the NIH suggests 75-120mcgs depending on sex and age making this potentially about half your daily K2. As neither of these supplements carry any real overdose issue, I don't understand why these are set so low for supplementation. If you decide to take more gummies, that really impacts how longs these last potentially reducing these to a 30 day supply or less bottle. Large bottles. These arrived about half full which just seems like an over use of plastic and cause unnecessary space consumption on my shelf. I wish these bottles better fit the supplements enclosed. At least the bottles are recyclable. Overall, for the present price of $16 for 5 bottles, it makes these tasty gummies hard to beat. Even doubling your supplement intake these bottles should last a while. It's a nice change from pill form.

GUMMIES ARE FABULOUS!!! This bottle is a great value. I got this for my son to mega dose after he broke his arm. He refuses to take any medicine and throws a huge fit over it. I told him to just give the gummies a try. Turns out he absolutely loves the taste of these and thinks it tastes like candy. Its very chewable and dissolves quickly in his mouth and its easy to get him to take these. The best purchase Ive made for him when it comes to vitamins. He doesnt take any gummy vitamins. This is the only thing I can get him to take! EXCELLENT PRODUCT!!
