ZEBRA P-J4SA11-BG Multi-functional Pen, 4 Colors + Sharp, Sarasa Multi, 0.5, Blue Green...

This is what I was looking for. Originally I would purchase a similar pen at Daiso, but I live many states away from the closest one. This is the best one I have tried. Many of the other versions of this pen don't feel like a real gel pen. This one does ! The ink does not skip and is smooth. I prefer the 4 in 1 pens because then I don't have 4 pens laying around on my desk. Keeps things clean. I also purchased the Pilot Dr. GripIt was fine, but I found this one by Zebra and it does NOT compare at all. The Pilot one doesn't feel like a true gel pen and the ink skipped often on my note pads that I use for work. The Zebra one is heaven sent !

Writes well but it runs out of ink quickly.

I use this pen for work, I love it because I get several colors in just one pen instead of carrying four (and loosing them all). I also use the pencil function as well. The pens are very smooth and clear. The ink doesn't smear. The grip of the pen is good, I can write for a time and my hand is still fairly comfortable. I also like that this pen looks different because it discourages people from taking it from me. I would recommend this pen if you normally have a pocket full of multi-colored pens.

The media could not be loaded. This pen is freaking awesome! I was using a Big Inkjoy multi-pen for a while but the ink wasn't smooth and would leave gaps in the writing which was very frustrating. Since this pen is gel ink but still a ballpoint the ink is so much smoother and leaves a consistent line! The fact that it has a pencil and the pens are all .5 mm was the main buying points for me and I'm not disappointed! The line is tiny and great for small writing! Some people were complaining that the pencil doesn't stay. I noticed that it depends on the way you engage the pencil. You have to pull it from the front of the clip not the top of the clip. The white clip on the pen has a slight curve where you put your thumb and slide it down while applying some pressure. If you put your thumb at the top and pull down you're pulling the white clip slightly forward which disengages the pencil. From there the top is used to push more lead though. I have not added more lead but I think you just do it through the top where the eraser is like most mechanical pencils. The eraser is smaller than I'd like but it does the job. I also love that the pen tips have a colored ring on them so you can tell which one your writing with without having to check the top of the pen. I have small hands so I was worried about the bulk of writing with this pen. But it's not bad at all. I easily adapted to it and I don't notice the pen size at all. I'm so happy to have found a multi-pen that is so smooth and works so well!
