I have to talk about this product. I'm an avid athlete and I use to take dhea all the time for several reasons. I'd stopped taking it for a while and couldn't remember why I did that. Two months ago I decided to get back on it in order to improve a few things in my body. I ordered a bottle of this and just started taking it everyday, not missing a day. In about a month I started feeling more vibrant and energized. My appetite control started to come back, but the most shocking change was my menstrual cycle. I have the worse PMS in the world, at least i think I do. In the 2nd month on this product I noticed my PMS symptoms were very few. A slight headache and a little tired. I had no cramps at all, no horrible pain in my back and no flu like symptoms which I normally get and it puts me down for days. None of that occurred. I wasnt even sure it was starting, but I track my cycle so I know the time frame. I usually have heavy, heavy flow for 3 days then a medium flow for 3 more days. So, 6 days total of a cycle. This time it was 3 days tops with 1 heavy day. I couldn't believe it. I was floored and started thinking about what I'd changed that could have caused this significant shift. My diet is good, I'm not a junk all the time eater because I'm an athlete and I'm trying not to look over 40. Adding this product was the only thing I could think of that made an impact. I immediately ordered a second bottle and I am waiting for my cycle this month to see if it is going to be similar to last months. I will be back to update the results at the end of the month. Update: Feb 2020 I have to stand by this product. I have been on it for about 4 months now and I am more than positive it has helped tremendously with my menstrual cycle i.e. PMS. The symptoms are much milder and my cycle itself has gotten shorter. From 7 days normally to 4 days now.

A friend at the gym told me about DHEA . I told my friend that my gym results after three years straight of working out was not what I think it should be. I started taking DHEA and was taking it for results at the gym and something else happened within a couple of days. I started to sleep perfectly at night. Looking back at it now I had other serious issues that I was ignoring. Over the last year I started to get Anxiety and Depression as soon as I slowed down at night before bedtime. Every night I would stare at the ceiling in bed and feel a strong depression come over me. So much that I did not want to live anymore while I was lying down.This only happened at night. Every night I was scared to go to sleep because of this. I would stay awake most of every night trying to figure out what was wrong so I can fall asleep. I never found what was wrong and have been sleeping very poorly for atleast the last year. I'm not a doctor but I think what happened is that my testosterone levels started to get low and that was triggering my night time Depression/Anxiety . I'm a 50 year old Male. Every night after taking just one pill of 50mg I've been sleeping without any Depression or Anxiety. I take my DHEA in the morning after breakfast. Other things I noticed. Three years ago I stopped producing Ear Wax and started to get a constant ringing in my ear. As many things in my hetic life I been ignoring it. After about three weeks I started to produce a small amount of ear wax and was totally surprised. I jumped onto the internet and googled what produced Ear Wax. Glands in or near the Ear produce Ear Wax. I read that DHEA helps the Adrenal Gland so maybe it helps with other glands. Anyway, I'm not producing enough Ear Wax to stop the ringing so I bought some Wally's Ear Oil to lubricate in Inner Ear. I read lack of Ear Wax can cause a ringing in your Ear. I'm more active now since I've been taking Zhou 50mg DHEA. These are things that improved for me. Sleeping much better, I have a better feeling about life, I lost about ten pounds because I do not need food to make me feel better, my gym workouts are showing more results, my testosterone levels must of went up because I'm feeling great and more confident. I just ordered my second bottle so I do not run out. I received an e-mail this morning from Zhou asking me since I'm a repeat customer would I Ieave feed-back. I was happy to do so because this was the best $16 that I spent in a long time and I hope people would try it to improve there life.

I believe this product has helped me tighten up my body in the gym! I have become firmer all over than before I started taking this product. I had wanted to balance my hormones and read that DHEA could be of help. I didn't notice a difference in my excessive hair shedding, but my hot flashes seemed to be less frequent. I am about half finished with my 2nd bottle (they come in 50 capsules each bottle). I just ordered it again. I didn't give it the full 5 stars because it hasn't yet addressed hormonal hair loss (which is what drew me to take it in the first place) and my hot flashes are still occurring. Perhaps, over time, my hormones will balance out even more as I continue to take this product. One more thing...some users reported acne flare-ups or increase in facial hair. I have had issues with neither. In fact, it seems as if my unwanted facial hair is less than before. If so, that alone makes the product worth it!

OK, so I started using this about a month ago. At first I felt there was no change in my function. About a week ago, I started to notice that my outlook on life was more robust. I thought it was the new coffee I was drinking but that was absurd. I began to feel like a glass half full person rather than a glass half empty person. I also noticed that I was physically more active without being agitated or jittery. I was requiring less sleep, but when I did sleep, it was very high quality. I figure that there was a greater percentage of REM sleep than I usually have, because I did not feel the need to go back to sleep after 5 or 6 hours. I am 64 and I feel like a kid again. At this point, I have to conclude that the Zhou DHEA is the primary contributing factor to my positive change in mood, outlook, sleep and personal interaction with others. Frankly, I was beginning to think that my purpose in life was fading away. I now have a renewed joy of life. I know that sounds ridiculous, but it is true.
