This is a great supplement - seems to be a good quality, taste is pleasant, the size is easy to swallow. 10/10!

So I typically CAN'T fast as either I wind up getting so hungry I can't focus on anything at all, which is obviously very disruptive to life in general, or my blood sugar will just straight up crash on me, thereby forcing me to stop and eat something whether I want to or not, or else risk passing out. I was hoping this might help a bit with at least one or the other of those problems, as I never used to have an issue fasting, and I currently desperately need to lose weight -- and the above problems caused by skipping meals make that all but impossible, as I am also disabled and therefore can't exercise like I used to either (or really much at all, beyond just short walks and doing housework). It's a double whammy that has turned me from a very fit, healthy, and happy 140 pounds just a few years ago, to now being clinically obese, and I am not at all happy about that fact, so my search for even a partial solution to help me get the excess pounds back off (and KEEP them off) has been pretty exhaustive, but with no promising results so far. ...Unfortunately that is still the case, as just like everything else I've tried, this did nothing to help. Didn't curb hunger cravings, even a tiny bit. Didn't improve focus or energy to help me better power through those hunger cravings. Didn't do a darn thing to help regulate my blood sugar, as far as I could tell. All in all, pretty disappointing. That's not to say it was a total waste though, as noticeable effects to help with fasting or no, it still seems to be a pretty decent vitamin supplement all around. Not a comprehensive multivitamin, and therefore not a good replacement for one, but it's nonetheless got a decent variety of vitamin and minerals included, so if you're otherwise healthy and just want a daily vitamin boost in addition to what you get from balanced meals, or if you've been diagnosed as deficient in any of the vitamins this contains, then it still may be a good supplement to take even if it doesn't seem to "be working" for you otherwise. Most people would probably be better off taking a single ingredient supplement targeted to any deficiencies however -- ie if your B12 is low but everything else this includes is perfectly fine, just take a plain B12 supplement -- or by taking a complete multivitamin targeted to their needs (something like Centrum Silver if you're elderly for example, or a prenatal multivitamin if you're a pregnant). Not to say this isn't worth trying -- just because it didn't work for me, doesn't mean it won't help you either. But I don't think it's something I'd continue buying unless I noticed some pretty dramatic positive effects from taking it... and for me at least, that's hasn't been the case.

Very useful for intermittent fasting and taking away the faint, sluggish feeling.

Useful supplement, helps me go longer without feeling hungry and I feel less fatigue

Made me feel panicky after about 3days use which is not me. Checked the ingredients and it has 2083% the daily recommended dose of B12. What!?! Checked online and panic is a side effect of B12 overdose but you can flush it out of your system by drinking a lot of water. Drank several bottles of water and felt better after about 4 hours. Dont feel like I can return a used bottle so it was a waste.
