Average size pill made it easy for me to take and didn't upset my stomach when I didn't eat like other pills sometimes do and didn't leave weird taste in my mouth. Necessity of K1 in Calcium absorption

Take them with a multi-vitamin that weighs heavily in support of bone health - calcium, D3, K2, etc.. Just found out that while K2 helps get calcium from our blood and into our bones - that's only half the story. K1 is needed to remove calcium from our soft tissues and get it into our blood. Daily Boost has K1.

Gives a much needed boost!

I was looking for something to help my immune system as I was catching everything. Read many reviews and also learned that you need a good probiotic in addition to multiple different vitamins for better immune support. This one has 100% of all the recommended daily vitamins plus a probiotic and priced well in comparison to others. Only starting my 2nd month so cant really attest to immune support yet but by day 4 I sure had an extra skip in my step. I definitely can feel more energy which was a huge bonus. I have recommended these to 4 other people and they all feel the boost of energy as well.

Gluten-free, soy-free, vegetarian daily multivitamin

Good daily multi vitamin for vegetarians or anyone who is sensitive to gluten and soy. Standard sized cellulose capsule is clear so you are able to see the powders inside. Bottle is quite large for 30 capsules, only about 1/3 filled. Container was sealed upon arrival, which I appreciated. Vitamins and probiotic on the label list seem fairly comprehensive, though I prefer to take a multi that has iron when possible. Still, having both the daily and a probiotic is great for travel, minimizing having to bring along extra pills. I am having a little difficulty with the smell of the capsules though - a little earthy. It is not noticeable when swallowing. It is also not so bad that I won't finish this bottle, but enough that I will likely continue searching for the next vitamin with probiotics. No noticeable negative side effects.
