I took it per instructions, an hopes it would help with my hair, skin, and nails. Was excited not to have to take so many as with other formulas, however, I dont think it measures up to the others I had taken. Think I will keep looking.

It all seems to go downhill once you hit your thirties. I've been taking collagen for a while now and notice that my joints are doing much better and I am noticing better hair growth after a bout with a sickness that made my hair thin. Since I can ride my bike without my knees popping as much, I'm going to continue!
