These sturdy bags provide a great solution to the problem I had regarding how to pack my meds for travel that will have strict size and weight restrictions. Besides providing that solution, they're being sold at a bargain price! I've carefully peeled the pharmacy labels off of my prescription medicine bottles and found they fit perfectly on these bags. That should cover me for the advice that it's best to travel with meds in their original, labeled containers. Besides traveling with one pharmacy-labeled bag for each type of pill, I will pack 14 additional bags so I can dole out the pills a week at a time into daily AM and PM batches. The construction of the bags is excellent. The plastic is appropriately heavy and the closures are reliable, so I'm not concerned about tearing, spillage, or moisture.

If you ever need to take some pills with you--say, a few pills you need to take later on--and you want a nice, easily pocketable/purseable container, these will do the trick. They are basically very small ziplock bags--no more, no less. They're not that thick, but they're thick enough for a few uses. There's an opaque region on the bag that suggests you can write on it. You can, but use a marker. A pen doesn't work well and risks putting a hole in the bag. At less than seven cents each, these are reasonably priced.

Perfect size for medicines and also small office supplies. Sturdy enough to be reused. Easy to write on for pill instructions.

These zippered bags would be really great for travel, and an inconspicuous way to transport meds taken with meals when dining out. The bags are sturdy, the zipper works like it should, and these would easily slide into a pocket or purse for transport. Being able to label them is a bonus (not a big deal for me, but may be for someone). At $6.99 at time of review (for 100), these are a really great deal. They are made in China.

The thickness of the plastic and the zip closure are like that of a very good quality parts bag. The zip closure makes a very good airtight seal. These are nice little storage bags. Definitely useful for more than just pills. They don't take ballpoint pen markings very well, so if you need to mark them use a fine tipped marker. And bear in mind that the dimensions include the half inch wide strip along the length at the opening. So the actual storage area is really 1-1/2" x 3".
