I may be using the wrong tool to crimp these, but about 40% of the wires that I attach end up getting separated from the connector with seemingly small amounts of loads. I will have to look to see if there is a special tool for crimping these on, I've been using pliers and vicegrips. I will say that the female connector portion fits VERY well with the male counterpart, which is why this is getting 4/5 stars

Held 16-gauge wire just fine. I pulled hard and it wouldn't come out of the crimp. Crimp has proper form, with center pressed down more (crimper I used is flat on both sides, so shape is due to spade crimp section having proper structure). Good construction. End stop to keep wire from going in too far. Insulating cover didn't pierce when crimping. Single sheet of thicker metal, not two thin ones layered as I've seen on cheaper spade connectors. Fits tightly on common 12V UPS/security battery F2 connectors.

They are exactly what it looks like, a little jar of female spade connectors. I had no trouble crimping them onto my projects and they held tightly in all applications. If I had to find anything to complain about it's that they are not sold with one half of one color and one half with a different color in the same jar. Listed for AWG14-16 but they work for me on AWG12 stranded THHN wire if you are careful with your strippers. They crimp nicely and hold tightly. I like that they come in a screw-top plastic jar rather than just shoved in a poly bag like others. Keeper.

I NOTICE TERMINALS, VERY QUICKLY THIN ALUMIUM, THE CRIMP WON'T HOLD PROPERLY, I HAVE PREVIOUSLY BOUGHT HEAVIER GUAGE TERMINALS, SO FOR THIS REASON I RETURN THEM. THANKS
