Just look at the picture and you will see that they are so thin that the grey cam color is still visible. I have another cap right next to it that is the proper color. We bought these caps to conceal the exposed cam locks on the underside of a wall-mounted Ikea Sektion cabinet. Surprisingly, Ikea doesn't seem to make covers for this purpose. The caps fit perfectly - they are just large enough to cover the opening, and they snap into the Philips head fitting. As others have noted, the plastic is slightly translucent, so it's not a perfect color match with the white cabinet, but it blends in pretty well and looks much better than the exposed fittings. I only needed 4, so I would have preferred to order a smaller quantity, but I'm happy overall.
