Very happy with this Matt. When gardening on my kitchen table (what a mess) this was amazing! My 2 year old grandson dumped an entire 32 oz cup of water into the plant before I was ready and shockingly there was zero mess it all landed in the mat. Its stable with thick material. It is also water resistant so pours right off of it such easy cleanup. Its never been that easy to clean up after repotting. Im very happy with the size too (not many of us women usually are) Large enough for the job but easily folds up nice and compact! This will make the perfect gift for any avid gardener.

I loved the way this item snapped together on the corners so no dirt got out on the floor or on my feet! It is so handy to just shake it off, refold it and r use it another time when you repot another again so it makes your investment very money saving.! However , if something does happen to it, it is not so expensive that you cannot buy another one. I was really pleasantly pleased with this product and would recommend it highly.

I love planting, but don't always like the cleanup. This Planting Mat really helps. I bought the small one, and it fits perfect on the kitchen counter or a small table. The floor works fine too, and no soil gets on the carpet. The corners snap together, creating side edges that keep the soil on the mat, and not everywhere else. When done, it's easy to dump the remaining dirt, in a controlled way, back into the bag of potting mix, or the garbage, without making a mess. I like it so much, I bought one for my neighbor, and she's already used it multiple time, even for larger plants. I highly recommend this planting/potting mat. It's inexpensive, makes planting easier and cleaner, and well worth the money.

Earlier, I would invariably make a mess on my counter and floor when re-potting plants. It's one of those products where it makes you say 'duh, why didn't anyone think of this before!' :) Pros: 1. Mat really helps contain the mess. Also, its easy to clean, fold and keep away. 2. Material is generally thick (one con called out below) and buttons have lasted so far (used a few times) 3. Button snaps help give it sides to better contain the mess Cons: 1. I wish the material was sturdier so the sides would stay up better; they tend to flop down. Tip: Ensure that final dimensions after buttoning up meet your needs. I replaced with extra-large because the previous one was smaller than expected post-buttoning.
