Attractive and seem to work

I purchased these as bird deflectors. They are shiny, attractive, and seem to be effective in preventing birds from nesting where we dont want them.

Missing a few connectors, not as sturdy as another brand I've ordered

This was the 2nd set of this style of "bird scare spinners" I ordered; our HOA plans to hang them in the eaves of homes that have been getting holes pecked by birds. I initially ordered a couple of sets (2 sets of 3) from another seller to be sure they were what we wanted. Those seemed fine, smooth, sturdy, shiny, no missing parts. That seller was sold out when I went back to order more, so I ended up going with this seller which was a little more expensive. The product arrived promptly but when I went to assemble them, there were 2 connectors missing so I had to swap some pieces out from my other set; also, the metal oval pieces are lighter weight and don't feel as smooth, sturdy, and shiny as the first ones from the other seller. Hopefully we won't need to buy more anytime soon, but if we do, I'd prefer not to use this particular version of the spinner. We have not installed them yet, so I cannot speak to the effectiveness in deterring birds.

Keeps birds away as advertised

Keeps bluebirds, Cardinals, various other birds from smashing into my windows. Also has deterred them from pecking at the windows in the Mornings. Causes enough of a movement and reflection to scare the birds away yet is not distractive as I look out the window.

Missing Hardware?

I ordered the hearts. They were super easy to set up ~ Question is, how to attach and hang them? There was no hardware/chain/clip in the package. I experimented with zip ties, paper clips, key rings, etc. They do not 'spin.' Could someone please advise as to how to get the hardware sent to me? Hoping to give a 5 ***** review! Thank you.
