This tape was very hard to stretch, not like a good quality tape that stretches easily

This tape really sticks to itself. Won't stick to anything else, except same type of tape from a different company. In fact, I had to use this tape to take down the last brand that I bought. It had grooves which was nicer for gripping but end kept coming up. I used this tape on the ends of that tape and PROBLEM SOLVED. You can stretch it or not stretch it and it works.

I bought this tape to create my own strap in the back of my iPhone case. After trying two different cases with straps that were too bulky to allow my phone to sit nicely inside the case, I bought this silicone tape and created my own phone strap. It works perfectly! I cut a strip, folded it over on itself so its nice and thin. Then I threaded it inside the opening for the camera and inside the rear opening for the charger and let it stick to itself inside the back of the phone case. Then I inserted my phone , and now I have a strap on the back of my phone case to help hold my fingers, and it is slim enough that my phone nestles fully inside the case without causing any bulging. Many of the aftermarket straps that do the same thing or too bulky, and the phone doesnt fit inside the case fully. But by using this thin, silicone tape , I have a perfect makeshift phone strap. I have six colors to choose from and I only used about 10 inches off the whole roll, so I can do this again and again for such a little cost. I highly recommend this hack to create your own phone case strap for pennies .

This tape does not stick to anything, it has no adhesive. It does however stick to itself. I recently used some to repair bicycle handlebar tape. I also used some to wrap the end of a new installation of handlebar tape. You need to stretch it for good adhesion but not too much because it becomes too thin.

Works as according to the description. Looks good n great when wrapping up my ice fishing rod .
