Disappointingly, the item came in broken. Only one of the slots are not usable. I have had much success making my cosmetics. I use this to hold my mascara tubes while I pour my oils. I don't have to worry about the tubes tipping in this! It works well for what I use it for.

This will certainly do the job holding my 10 ml centrifuge tubes. It is very light weight acrylic material, I tried my centrifuge tubes and they fit as expected. Easy to knock over. Where are the days of metal tube holders that had some weight to them? I ordered these to use in my at home lab as I am a retired scientist teaching my grandchildren science at home. They enjoy learning and they are more likely to appreciate the acrylic material then old fashioned metal.

This rack is quite sturdy & the plastic is thick enough to be durable. It ended up being too small for my needs, but it is a quality product. I'd be totally happy with this product. Just wish it came with larger holes.

I've worked in quite a few labs and used quite a few test tube racks over the years. This one, while very pretty, is on the flimsy side and I don't think it would stand up to the daily abuse of lab work over the long term (I mean, how often does the average lab purchase test tube racks? Not often, in my experience). I'm going to be using it to store crochet hooks, so it will not be moved around much. It's going to look very pretty holding some of my nicer hooks. Considering materials and build, I would say this is way overpriced. Currently marked at thirteen dollars, I would expect to pay half that, or less, for this item. It has the feel of a dollar store item--not sturdy at all.
