I dont know which company you sent it from before but those were perfectly good good quality product but this last one that I just ordered they are a piece of crap. They dont even open up the plastics are all sticking together and they dont work at all.

These are handy for saving caulk tubes that are partially used. A lot easier than wrapping the tip in tape every time!

These things are great. Simple - but they do work well on any glue/caulk type product package including squeeze tubes or those designed for a caulking gun. I used to use a nail or something similar to plug the caulking tube hole for reuse - but of course they would still dry out over time. I have found that these really do seal up the package very well. I have pulled out the caulking gun after a month with one of these on it, and the product still flows.

These are very handy little items. I got them to keep my wood glue from drying out, but they work on just about anything with a narrow nozzle. They are easy to roll on the nozzle and stay put. The material is fairly thick so they shouldn't tear. Looking forward to no more wasted glue. Edit. I've had a few more opportunities to use these and am dropping my review by one star. I must have got lucky with the first two, because these are a pain to get unrolled. The rubber sticks to itself so well that it takes several minutes to get these on. I've tried unrolling them directly onto the nozzle and unrolling with my fingers then placing them over the nozzle. Both are tricky. If you unroll directly onto the nozzle, you run the risk of punching a hole in the rubber. But if you unroll then apply, you get air trapped in the tip which causes the cover to slowly slide off if the nozzle is smooth (like a tube of caulk) They are still useful, but difficult to use.
