Simple review they are fantastic at getting hot stuff out of the oven or handling raw meat. They wash up super easy. The only knock is the fingers are a little weird but not weird enough to lower the 5 star rating

Wanted gloves with fingers for handling large heavy pots of liquid/steam without burning hands, arms. This style does that job well. Fits comfortably for both men and women. The gloves are long to just below the elbows. Nice and safe.

These are thoroughly HEAT RESISTANT. AND likely EASY to clean under the kitchen sink sprayer. AND GIFTABLE -- ABSOLUTELY .... for a BB-Q-er. THESE ARE MASSIVELY HUGE! I felt like getting in a boxing ring to fight. THEY just would not work for me and would make everything clumsy. I'm sending them back. I'll just have to be careful and use regular hot pads.

I gotta love these bbq gloves. Great for oven use, also. I have a brisket-sized spare grill rack that I load the food on and just slide the rack onto the smoker grill surface. When the food is done, the spare rack slides out, but is both heavy and hot. I use these gloves to grab the hot rack to slide it onto a large baking sheet, then carry it into the house. Ive never had difficulty holding the Weight because these gloves have great grip. If I hold something hot for more than a minute I can feel the heat through the gloves but havent been burned. Ive also used these to flip chicken on the grill. The fingers are large and oversized , but most tasks are easily accomplished. Cleanup is easyI just wear the gloves and squirt dish soap on the palm of the gloves and wash like washing hands.

I have relatively large hands. I wear an XL Nitrile glove for context. My long boney fingers arent super comfortable when wearing. The thumb placement is pretty high, making them hard to use with confidence. I have noticed they stretch with use, but not by much. I bought them to handle/transfer large cuts of meat in and out of the smoker - so I dont wear them longer than 30 seconds at a time. They are affordable, easy to clean, and serve their purpose well.
