I love that this comes with its own pair of scissors to destroy. Great for keeping our rodents. I like to put this mesh up as a double layer and then spray foam over the top. I have yet to have anything chew there an area I have installed it. Long lasting and durable, definitely a must in old houses with lots of holes.

Copper mesh kit comes with a pair of scissors and a small wooden tool maybe for stuffing the mesh into rodent holes? Anyway, Im using this as a slug/snail barrier. Since slugs and snails move via slime trailing feet they are highly sensitive to conductors. So the tiny stored static in copper wire will give them a little shock as they try to pass over it and dissuade them from going in that direction. Hopefully I can protect my veggies with this stuff!

I didn't realize it at the time, but it comes with dedicated scissors (my wife really appreciated that). At any rate, it's exactly as it appears in the ZeeBooth ad. It's a very light wire and easy to work with. It's thin enough to cut with scissors. It makes a great ground plane for smaller antennas (although 5" is a little narrow to work with for that application). I would love to find some wider widths. Either way, there were no surprises.

We've been using copper mesh to wrap seedlings that are prone to being eaten by slugs & snails, and have recently started stuffing a few holes in our foundation with copper mesh, filled with expanding foam. We ran out of our previous roll, and are using this to continue where we left off - as best I can tell, this is identical to what we've been using - pure copper, and both flexible and with an open mesh to prevent damage to plants from physical or air-circulation issues. The mesh is small enough to prevent all larger veggie-predators from squeezing through. We've also noticed that squirrels seem to be deterred as well, though some have started digging the copper out now that they're becoming familiar with it. For that, we've been sprinkling a little cayenne pepper around, and haven't had any critter problems since.

I use this to keep pests out of the garden plants. Squirrels, deer...whatever. I build a wooden frame, then spool this up the frame while threading it together with cheap nylon fishing line. It makes it very easy to protect your valuable plants and is easily removable when you want them uncovered. This really does work. The mesh is very easy to cut and to manipulate. Againl, a very good solution to protect your plants.
