Works fine for what I need, but I questioned 100 pound capability as long as youre on a flat surface not if it has bumps or grooves, The screw post is a pain in the butt to put together.

Used for tagging steel products in a warehouse. Very strong magnet. Would definitely recommend.

They are perfect little magnets, extremely powerful, and you may have trouble removing them from large steel surfaces such as your fridge. If they touch together they are very hard to separate. If you need strong magnets that can hold up a lot of weight, these are the ones you want.

I was skeptical buying these magnets. I usually buy from K&J Magnetics but their prices are quite high for what I wanted, and this pack fit the value bill. I was worried that they wouldn't be very strong. Boy was I wrong. I bought this pack to keep a thin fabric tarp held to my camping Suburban when I took it out to the California desert, a place known for high winds. Using all ten magnets, three on each side, two on the roof, and two on the rear doors, that tarp stayed in place the entire weekend even with 40mph winds. On a couple really hard gusts the tarp did make the magnets move a little, but none of them popped off. If I wanted to move one I really had to pull and roll it over to break it free. They really do seem to have a 100 pound rating. I am extremely impressed with these magnets. They do need to be assembled, and I'd recommend a tiny little dab of blue or red Loctite, but even without the thread locker I didn't have any eyelets come loose. I will definitely buy more sets of these magnets.
