Great great value. I was kind of worried about video lag being Wi-Fi but since it's right next to the phone there wasn't a problem at all. Excellent picture quality app works right off the install and it's easy to use. I had tried one for only a couple bucks less that was wired to the USB port on my phone and that was problematic at best ( Tried numerous apps none of them would connect, Keeping the phone still while connected to the camera is difficult and puts strain on the usb port on the phone, etc.. ). Only a couple of very small men nitpicky things really. 1. the brightness scroll wheel for the led doesn't really seem to do anything it's either off or completely on. 2. The attachments for the magnet etc could be made a little better 3. The app is missing the documented feature of LED control on the right lower side of the app that is shown in the documentation. As I said these are nitpicky things and overall this is an excellent value.

After a little practice, the scope is exceptional.

I really like the WiFi feature of this device. The app works flawlessly and connects with the camera within seconds. The photos are clear and the light really helps. Im a bit of a hobbyist, I work on antique firearms and occasionally work on cars. This camera helps a ton with the inspection process.

I do a lot of weekend handyman work on my house, a couple rentals and for friends. I've used this unit a few times to look behind/inside appliances, walls, air ducts, and looking forward to using it with pipes. Overall, it's a great unit. I like that it comes with a couple hooks/magnet pieces that can be used for retrieving lost objects. I haven't needed it for that yet but sure I will. The picture quality is ok--not fantastic like taking a pic from your iPhone. it's a little grainy, but I'm not planning on hanging these pics on the walls... so fine by me. Certainly easier than straining your back or risking losing your phone behind a furnace or in an air duct. LED light is sufficiently bright for everything I've tried... lights the space in front of the camera well. The app is straight forward to use and easy to pair. If you need a camera to help visualize things that are just out of your sight line, I'd definitely recommend.

I have used this one time and I am very happy with it overall with the exception of the app. My first and only use of the scope so far was a top-down inspection of an RV black water system where it performed flawlessly. Don't worry I would never post what I saw and I wish I could un-see most of what I saw if it hadn't been for this scope I could not have found the issue and let my friend know how to take care of the problem quickly and efficiently. Pairing this to my W-Lan was simple and straightforward. Using the app is not an issue either although since the app is trackable I do not really like that feature. The camera cable is stout and I was able to make several turns getting it through the pipe works without any issues at all. Simple twists and lifts on the borescope cabling allowed me to look around in the bends to see everything it just took a bit of time to get my coordination right and that is a people thing not an issue with the scope. The cabling is semi-rigid and that gave me a lot of wiggle room to figure things out and stay on the track. Plus being semi-rigid there was no need to pull the cabling out, make a slight bend then send it back down the pipe. Even when I came to a junction I was able to watch what was going on topside, adjust, and keep going. The image quality is for me as good as I have seen on these types of scopes so it is exactly what I expected, see everything as good as I need to. I'm not making a 4K 24fps feature file here, I'm inspecting pipes. Zoom is easy to use and does a great job of getting a view of somewhere I may not want to run the camera lens into. Camera light is more than bright enough as well. The accessories like the side mirror, hook, and magnet I know will come in handy as needed but I do question how much weight the hook and magnet can handle. The last thing I want is to send the hook after the magnet or the mirror because it could not handle the weight or pulled off of the scope shaft. All in all, a great scope that will not break the bank, and as long as you understand the limitations of this unit I'll call it a must-have for a lot of situations I am likely to run into.
