The packaging of the two components could have been better. Once the packages are opened they have to be repackaged or they will dry up and be useless if they are not used all at once. Use the sandpaper to rough up the surface to be repaired. Mix equal parts of A & B. Use the gloves to knead it together. It's easy to mix and apply. I repaired a plastic bowl that goes with my kitchen scale. It was cracked and no longer watertight. After the epoxy dried, the crack was sealed. The patch is on the bottom so the fact that is raised and funny looking doesn't really matter. I'm glad I'll have this on hand for future repairs.

This arrived from the vendor in a tamper evident sealed branded box. Inside were sealed A & B parts of the epoxy, a nice spreader/applicator stick, some course grit sandpaper & some gloves. Ive paid much more for much less, so the amount you get here is generous. Most of these epoxies are basically the same, you try to get equal portions to mix, then mix them well, then apply in good time. You are better off mixing too small an amount and adding more than mixing too much and trying to blend it before it starts hardening. This kit tries to give you the basics, but for most finishing (if it matters) youll need more grades of sandpaper (and several of them) to get to a smooth finish. For me, it was straightforwardclean, sandpaper to a feather the area to repair, clean & let dry, fill the dent, let it cure, sand coarse, if it wasnt level or concave, add another layer and let it cure and start sanding with course to less course grits. Once you get it convex, you sand with a finer grit but not to the level of the surrounding surface. Then a finer grit. If it feels like glass, finish it level. If not, use a finer grit until it feels like glass, then finish it level. The epoxy eventually looked like a very level spot of metal. You clean it, let it dry, and then put a thin finish of primer if it is a big repair or if small just go with the matching paint on it & let it blend in. Let that dry, then another thin layer of matching paint or if you primed first this will be your first thin layer (then you need two thin layers of matching paint). Then you use a good auto finishing compound to let the surfaces vanish into each other. If its a big repair youll need to do a full wash, compound, wax. You cant tell there was a problem on that door all back to matching. I try to keep some of this on hand, usually for metal pipes that decide to get a pin hole. As with plumbing epoxy, you just store it in a sealed container like a jar for the next go around. They didnt provide a plastic jar to seal it into, but most everyone has a mason jar or old food jar or container around the leftovers can fit into. It wont keep forever, but thats its nature. I always forget to check & usually when I need it its too stiff & I have to go out & get fresh. Worked great to repair a car door dent. Its as good as the others out there Ive used. Id get it again.

This is a good epoxy that is versatile. It can be used on many different surfaces. It gets very hard and seems pretty durable. This is easy to use and is a good value

This is a pretty simple kit and pretty standard for a two-part putty epoxy. I'm using it in place of plumbers putty and liquid electrical tape. It's versatile and works decently well. I put my bags inside ziploc bags after opening to help prevent them from drying up. There's quite a bit in there so this should last a long time if you're like me and only use it to fix little things around the house. Full curing time is a full day though, so you may need to wait after fixing certain things.
