This is a great idea to have a brush and pool vacuum in one but it seemed to struggle for me. It would scrape on the front where there is no brush bristles and get kind of stuck on the bottom making it harder to use. If you put it out way in front of you it works well but makes it harder to use. Otherwise, on the sides and corners it seemed to work well and was easy to connect and disconnect.

I ordered this pool brush to get into the corners of the tile, under the coping, where our robot can't reach. It's great, the bristles are longer than our normal pool brush and it's small width makes it much easier to get into the little spaces that the big brush can't. Great brush for this price!

I finally started to get the pool ready for the summer. This brush was really stable and worked really well pushing around Algae at the bottom of the pool. The bristles on the brush are really sturdy but still soft enough not to damage the pool liner. It has curved edges to help reach the corners. Good quality pool brush

I needed a new pool brush this season and was already leaning towards one with curved ends. This Carrie Box brush is a good brush choice even without the vacuum feature, and Im hoping that will work well especially in initial cleaning while opening my pool next month. I tried it out on my pool-attached Hot Tub already, and it is well constructed and has good bristles that made scrubbing much easier even compared to my old brushes (typically cheap ones from local big box stores). It fit snugly on my poles, and is neither too light nor too heavy for my tastes. The vacuum worked well on the debris in the hot tub, but I wont get a good feel for it until I open the pool. Most vacuums have a larger plate spreading out the suction, so the coverage area will be lower, but stronger, so this might be good on large amounts of debris more so than routine cleaning. For that, I have an automatic cleaner anyway and still have my traditional vac heads. The other thing I like is that the vacuum area is not blocked in the front by brush bristles; this is a pet peeve of mine in pool vacuum heads, the debris you are trying to vacuum always gets caught on the brush in many designs. The Carrie Box brush doesnt get in the way, so itll be ideal for leaves and other opening debris. Ill update after opening the pool.
