Im a professional painter and I got this for my Graco HVLP air hose. It liked the oversized lever so much I have these on 4 hoses in my lawn and garden. Definitely would buy again.

Overall I like the shut off valve. It's so much easier than kinking the garden hose when you want to switch from a sprayer handle to a sprinkler to a pressure washer or what have you. The construction is heavy and very solid. To cut to the chase though here are the things I don't like that result in the less than perfect rating I'm giving: The threaded portion is just a tad too short for some things I've wanted to connect to. The female threaded collar bottoms out on the valve body before the male fitting reaches the hose washer and results in leaks on SOME applications. I had to double up the hose washers on my spray handle due to this! The thumb valve sticks out very proud of the valve body and is easy to snag and bump open. I know it would be reverse of the common standard but it would be nice to have the valve in the closed position as the handle was aligned straight with the valve and wasn't sticking out. Though if I'm honest, if it were I'd probably be complaining about how normal valves don't work that way! Maybe if they shortened the valve handle? It does restrict water flow a bit. Not a lot, but it is noticeable. I'm on a well water system that doesn't have stunning pressure to begin with so that isn't ideal. Other than these minor gripes though it's an extremely handy thing to have. The construction and build quality is excellent! It looks like it will outlast my lifetime, seriously. I still recommend it.

Hooshing Heavy Duty 3/4" Brass Garden Hose Shut Off Valve Water Hose Connector My husband got a hose valve like this years ago and has always wanted another one. These are solid brass with what appears to be a stainless-steel ball valve sitting in a nylon seat. When open, they are full -flow and the handle is a good length to make operation easy while also not snagging on everything when coiling up a hose. If you've got a watering wand or hose stub, the ball valve does an excellent job at reducing the flow for when you want to give a plant a slow, soaking watering. Finally, but extremely important, when they're off, they're off, and there aren't any leaks or drips from the valve or valve stem. Great performance and really excellent value. Highly recommend.

First of all, it came with two connector valves in the box. Each one is solid and has a sturdy feel to it. The valve handle is a bit stiff when turning, but it does what it is supposed to do. Overall, this product accomplishes its function ad feels durable. You get two for the cost, so it is a great deal.

(Just wanted to state that I received these as part of the ZeeBooth Vine program but I do try to keep all my reviews unbiased and honest) The shut off valves are very solid and have some heft. I much prefer these types of ball valves for water shutoffs on the ends of most of my hoses. The only problems I ever have is the handles are a little large and sometimes they get caught on things when I'm just pulling on the hose to get it closer to me. Other than that, I really like the stoutness of these shut offs. They aren't full port valves, so the water volume gets reduced a little but it poses no problems for me using them on all my hoses. I will update my review should anything change.
