Simple and Sturdy

I bought a pair to replace those nozzles that offer many settings (those with the front dial for type of spray). Works great and no leaks. Seems very durable. I have owned several of the latter and found that none ever really lasted more than two seasons before leaking all over the place (internally). I also owned something almost identical to these brass nozzles previously, and it had lasted almost 10 years. These are a steal for the current price. I don't need 8 or more spry settings since I only use 2 or 3. Adjustment is easy, just turn the body. If you want to turn it off at a current setting, simply add a brass valve that works as the on/off switch. That should give you one handed control until you go to adjust the spray. Nice touch to add extra washers so that you can keep the seal tight over the years.

Good Value, Easy to Use

These are great. I checked out other brass nozzles from my local big box hardware stores and they were about twice the price. These work just as well, adjustable spray, nice brass, holding up just fine. Happy with my purchase.

No pressure adjustment, but otherwise good.

This is a solid brass, nicely made piece of garden plumbing. Twisting the nozzle allows you to switch between jet, and at the other extreme, soaker, with useful settings in between. However, there is no way to adjust the amount of water coming from the nozzle at any setting, and switching between settings takes several seconds. To adjust the rate of flow you have to go back to the faucet.

Nicely made, work well

I like the precision and heft with which these are made. The spray patterns are what I want in these types of nozzles. The jet spray is centered and makes a tight stream of water. the fan spray is even and centered. I'm replacing several plastic adjustable nozzles of the same type, which I bought due to the price of the brass nozzles on the shelf. Nice price for these, got me to switch from plastic ones. I don't want to pay a premium for garden accessories that may not survive the abuses of use and winter freezes on my property.
