Do not regard this acquisition as a precise scientific instrument. It is a very simple, quite convenient, well-designed home thermometer that also serves as a calendar and clock, and additionally shows humidity. It is very convenient that this thermometer can simply be placed on a surface using the retractable stand or attached to a metal surface using the magnet on the back of the case. The display is very large and sufficiently contrasted to see the numbers in daylight or under artificial lighting. There is one small drawback - in poor lighting or at night, this thermometer has no backlight. Another disadvantage I found is the accuracy. While the temperature is measured quite correctly, the humidity is not. The specifications indicate that humidity can be within 5% of the actual value. In reality, I would estimate the error to be 10-20% towards the lower end of the actual measurement. I verified this by placing the thermometer first on the balcony and then by the window, and comparing the readings with the forecasts from the Alexa voice assistant. The thermometer readings were always (!) lower by the margin I mentioned. In all other respects, including the price, this thermometer-clock fully satisfies me and is a very simple and quite convenient tool. Changing the time, date, and units of measurement is done using three buttons on the back panel and is quite standard for devices of this type. I do not use the alarm function, although it is available. The device is powered by a AAA battery, and one battery should last approximately a year due to the low energy consumption of the device. Solely because of the inaccuracy of the humidity readings, I am lowering the rating of this product from five to four stars.

Came as advertised. Easy set up. It is accurate. Very affordable.

I have been using the product for a couple of weeks now. It is very intuitive and easy to setup. I t has a very easy to read display. Something I more understood after my purchase, do not expect the temperature to be exact to a weather service web site report of temperature or a liquid thermometer. The accuracy of this thermometer is stated as being 1.8 degrees F (1 degree C). This means it can be off by + OR - 1.8 degrees F. For better accuracy, you would need to purchase a better and more expensive product.

I recently started building a house plant collection and I realized that there are different zones in my house. It was a little challenging trying to figure out which areas my plants would thrive in. Thermometer and humidity meters have been a wonderful discovery and so helpful. This meter is just as helpful but what I like the most about it is that is also has a clock. The clock is great because I can set an alarm to remind me to water my plants. Changing the settings and time on this meter is very easy. I'm planning to get more for all of the zones in my home to help me figure out where to place my plants. I can't speak to the accuracy of the temperature and humidity measurements but the numbers don't appear to be surprising. What I mean is, I suspected which zones were warm and higher in humidity and these meters confirm my suspicions. I'm so pleased that I found these meters. They have made raising plants much easier.
