We have exceptionally high city water pressure (150+ PSI) so I wanted to try this thing to save myself from dragging out the electric pressure washer when washing cars. Our water pressure combined with this nozzle is more than enough for car washes, so it did exactly what I wanted. Only downside is the rubber handle is too large for the main tube so it just spins. Once it's wet it's annoying hard to hold onto. I solved this by pumping a bunch of RTV under the handle and letting it dry, but a slightly smaller diameter on the handle itself would make this avoidable.
