I love this product. I use it religiously during winter on heavy sweaters, scarves and or coats. Also on rugs I am really deep cleaning. Do Note that all fabrics and materials are not created equal, with that said I would suggest for you to try out on a corner to make sure your fabric is not being pulled or frayed in the process. The Wooden handle cleaner has a metal comb REMEMBER to use cautiously first. The plastic one is a bit more forgiving but can still hurt your fabric. Lay on a flat service and get to cleaning!

Works best on harder fabrics that are usually on couch pillows. It definitely skips and feels like it wants to rip my bedsheets but does get cat hair off nicely if you can avoid the snagging. Doesn't work on shag rugs well at all or long cat hair. The silicon comb does work but the hair does not stay like in the videos it flies off. Both items are better than disposable sticky rolls but definitely not better than a regular blow out roll type hair brush with the white hard plastic bristles that have the soft close knit brush bristles in between them or the silicone full hand brush I got for the dogs
