I will never buy these again. Yes, the Dremel brand is more expensive, but I will only buy Dremel going forward. I had to keep swapping these out every 30 seconds because the pieces were flying out and wearing down SO. FAST. I ended up with metal bits stuck in my arms and thighs and I had to pull them out with tweezers. I spent more time swapping these out for fresh ones than working on my project. It was seriously aggravating. If you buy these make sure you wear eye protection.

While these aren't as high quality as the name brand ones. I believe you're getting way more bang for your buck. The bristle density is good and the material seems robust. Here's a huge tip everybody will benefit greatly from when using cheap bristle bits, that makes them far better than name brand ones: These wheels shed lots of bristles, especially at high rpms. But if you wick a medium super glue into the body of the bit where it holds the bristles, you will increase their durability 100x. Run a bead of medium/thin super glue on both sides where the bristles meet the body, and let capillary action draw in the glue. Use enough to completely fill the void where they attach, and they will become MUCH more durable, and much less dangerous. Just make sure the glue is completely cured before running them, or you'll have bristles AND super glue flying out. Either use an activator to cure the glue, or leave them overnight. I do them all in one shot and they'll last me over a year with regular use. That extra 3 dollars and 20 minutes will save you tons of time and money in the long run and is well worth it. After doing this, mine wear down before they ever shed a bristle.
